Reviews by country

  • India 4 reviews

    • Ananya Iyer

      Ananya Iyer

      Bengaluru, India

I had done drop-in classes for years without getting anywhere. Being taught one module at a time, in order, is the first time my practice has actually built on itself.

    • Rohit Deshpande

      Rohit Deshpande

      Pune, India

The private sessions online are every bit as attentive as being in the room. My teacher corrects my alignment over video more than anyone ever did in a studio of thirty people.

    • Meera Nair

      Meera Nair

      Kochi, India

Finishing the breathwork modules did more for my sleep than anything a doctor suggested. I am now halfway through Deepening and in no hurry.

    • Priya Raman

      Priya Raman

      Seattle, India

I tested this review to see whether a new card shows up. It should appear next to the United States marker, in a different spot each time.

  • United Arab Emirates 2 reviews

    • Layla Haddad

      Layla Haddad

      Dubai, United Arab Emirates

I travel constantly for work and the online format means I have never had to drop a week. The curriculum simply waits where I left it.

    • Faisal Rahman

      Faisal Rahman

      Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Small groups were the selling point and they kept the promise - there have never been more than five of us on a call.

  • United Kingdom 2 reviews

    • Hannah Whitfield

      Hannah Whitfield

      London, United Kingdom

Worth it for the sequencing alone. Every session has an obvious reason to exist, which I cannot say for the studio I left.

    • Tom Baxter

      Tom Baxter

      Bristol, United Kingdom

I came in sceptical and stiff after fifteen years at a desk. Module four was the week I stopped treating my back as a permanent problem.

  • Singapore 2 reviews

    • Wei Lin Tan

      Wei Lin Tan

      Singapore

Clear, calm and completely unhurried. Nobody has once told me to push through something that hurt.

    • Arjun Menon

      Arjun Menon

      Singapore

The progression map is the thing. I can see what I have finished and what is coming, which is oddly motivating.

  • United States 3 reviews

    • Rachel Okonkwo

      Rachel Okonkwo

      Austin, United States

The time difference sounded like a dealbreaker and turned out to be a gift - a 6am slot I would never have booked otherwise, and now would not give up.

    • Daniel Brightman

      Daniel Brightman

      Portland, United States

Twelve modules, taught in order, with an actual teacher watching. It is the only yoga I have paid for that felt like instruction rather than a class.

    • Sofia Alvarez

      Sofia Alvarez

      Chicago, United States

I finished Foundation and immediately signed up for Deepening. My partner has started too, which tells you enough.

  • Australia 2 reviews

    • Isabelle Moreau

      Isabelle Moreau

      Melbourne, Australia

Two years in and still learning. The later modules are genuinely difficult, which I did not expect and now appreciate.

    • Nathan Cole

      Nathan Cole

      Sydney, Australia

I asked a lot of awkward beginner questions in my first month and got patient answers to all of them.

  • Japan 2 reviews

    • Yuki Tanaka

      Yuki Tanaka

      Tokyo, Japan

Testing a country that was not on the map before. A new marker should appear over Japan and light up on hover.

    • Haruto Sato

      Haruto Sato

      Osaka, Japan

A second review so the scatter has more than one card to place.

Not at all! We offer classes for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our expert instructors will provide modifications to ensure you practice safely and comfortably.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We provide high-quality mats and all necessary props, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
For best results and progression, we recommend practicing 2-3 times a week. However, even one session a week can provide significant physical and mental benefits. Listen to your body and find a rhythm that works for you.
We generally recommend waiting at least 1-2 hours after a heavy meal before practicing yoga. If you need a snack beforehand, try something light like a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts about 30 minutes prior.
Yes! We offer 1-on-1 private sessions tailored specifically to your goals and needs. These are perfect for working on specific postures, recovering from injuries, or simply deepening your practice.
