This is the whole path, start to finish. Each module ends with something specific you can do that you could not do before, and nothing is assumed that has not already been taught.
Foundation

Practise safely on your own, without needing to be corrected.

Modules 1–6

- 01
Breath First
Diaphragmatic breathing, ujjāyī, and the link between breath and attention.
By the end of this module
Breathe fully and calmly on demand, in practice and out of it.

Standing Ground
Tāḍāsana, foot arches, knee tracking, and where weight actually falls.
By the end of this module
Stand and move without collapsing the arches or locking the knees.
- 03
The Spine
Neutral pelvis, the six directions of spinal movement, cat–cow.
By the end of this module
Find a neutral spine and move it in every direction without strain.
- 04
Sun Salutation
Sūrya Namaskāra A, one breath to one movement, transitions.
By the end of this module
Complete a full salutation with steady, unhurried breath.
- 05
Hips & Hamstrings
Forward folds, lunges, and loading the back line without rounding.
By the end of this module
Fold forward from the hips instead of the lower back.
- 06
Stillness
Śavāsana, yoga nidrā basics, and a first sitting practice.
By the end of this module
Rest deliberately and settle the mind in ten minutes.
Deepening
Modules 7–10

Strength & Balance
The warrior series, single-leg balances, and building time under tension.
By the end of this module
Hold a balance for sixty seconds with the breath still even.

Backbends
Bhujaṅgāsana, setu bandha, uṣṭrāsana, and protecting the lumbar spine.
By the end of this module
Open the chest without dumping the weight into your lower back.

Prāṇāyāma
Nāḍī śodhana, kapālabhāti, bhrāmarī, and working with breath ratios.
By the end of this module
Practise three prāṇāyāma techniques with correct ratio and retention.

Inversions & Core
Core integration, shoulderstand preparation, halāsana, safe exits.
By the end of this module
Invert safely, and know when not to.
Mastery
Modules 11–12

Self-Practice Design
Sequencing principles, peak-pose logic, and adapting to the day you are having.
By the end of this module
Design and lead your own sixty-minute practice from scratch.

Philosophy in Practice
The Yoga Sūtras, the eight limbs, and yama–niyama as daily decisions.
By the end of this module
Apply the eight limbs off the mat, where they were always meant to go.
